We spoke on the phone a handful of times as well and she was always extremely polite and kind, doing her best to meet any request that I had...Moving in itself is generally a pretty stressful ordeal and when you're moving far away to an area you know essentially nothing about, having someone like Windy to deal with was an absolute blessing. There is no way that I would have gotten to see all the places that I did had she not helped me. She was extremely courteous, friendly and wonderful throughout the whole process. The craziest part to all of this, she tells me that she has only been working real estate for a few weeks! I would have assumed her to be a seasoned vet of several years for how thorough she was and how well everything went together. "I’d like to start by saying we originally had no intentions of working with a realtor, but after working with Windy, I would definitely recommend it (and her specifically) to anyone interested in looking to buy or rent...I don’t think she took more than half an hour to respond with an answer anytime we asked something. It was clear that she was working as quickly as possible to close the deal for us. We would express questions or concerns about move in date, details about the lease, and just general renting information and she would be right there with assistance. Any delays we experienced were a result of lack of communication from the landlord (due to their vacation), and not due to Windy (even though she went on vacation herself). She also communicated with the landlord to get us the keys a day or two early so we could move in things like beds and furniture so we’d be ready to go for our move in date. That was a HUGE help to say the least. All in all, we had a great experience working with Windy. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful.
